you need to check all grounds and b+ cables you should have 12 volts constant on one side of selonoid and 12 volts on the side that goes down to the starter in the crank posistion...and there is a small wire that comes from the ignition switch to the starter selonoid that should be hot in the crank position..if the car you converted was a auto before conversion you'll of needed to of looped the wires on the PRNDL switch to have current from ign switch out to selonoid..just a thought if that's the case

my was a 5 speed. i left all the wires hooke to the selonoid and the lil wire that pushs omn the post above the 12v side and the starter side. I still cant it to turn over.I am goign to try hooking a jumper cable wire to the starter and then hookign that to battrey to see if it my wire i have ran that might be too small. I only have 2 ground. 1 small wire from battrey to body and 1 fat wire from battery to motor

it should or you gotta check the wires on the solenoid, make sure there on the right side, and is your efi harness the right year? all could be possible problems

you need a selonoid because it is like a momentary switch... that bridges current from the always hot side to the starter side... you could jump /using jumper cables from the battery to the starter wire and this should allow starter to crank
