EFI OR CARBURATED?

EFI OR CARBURATED?
Ok here is my dilemma....I consider myself "old skool" and all my previous race cars have been carburated. It seems to me that EFI is more costly and more complicated than being carburated. Theres mass air flow sensors,02, sensors, injectors, the list goes on and on....Everything has to work toghether and in my situation either somethings too big or too small and nothing seems to work right. I have seen a few "Classic 'Stangs" with the newer 5.0 roller motors but with carburators and I was hoping some of you could let me know how easy or difficult the corversion is. The car I am building is a '92 GT with a 5-speed.

RE: EFI OR CARBURATED?
In my opinion, an EFI is more complicated, however performance and economy are better.
However, if the vehicle you are using was set-up for EFI, use an EFI motor and and add the performance chip to the ECM.
