didn'tlook closely...but i'll assume they are DOOE heads , '69-'70 heads
if so...they are gt40 heads.....but will need hrdened valve seats to be a good app, and if they do have the seats...and under $300....a good deal.
usually the dooe heads are $75 for teh pair
typically to do all the work....your better getting other heads , but thats not definite

My guess is they are some of the heads that one of the former Chinese suppliers of Procomp Electronics dumped on the US market.
If you get lucky they are okay if you can do some experimenting and figure out if they need Chevy Length Rocker Arms or Ford.
If you get unlucky you might have to weld in and/or remachine various areas of the heads.
Things like pushrod holes and studs have been known to be in the wrong location.
Personanally I will spend a few hundred more for a set of heads from someone I trust.
