I love that lil slot, I keep my Ipod in there when I am using my Ipod adapter, tho I have a 91 and my only complaint with the armrest is the damn latch plastic broke on the underside of the cover.... so I want to try and find the metal replacement...

My '89 has arm rest, like that. Would like to find some Sport headrests instead of the highback ones mine has. Anyone have some good sources? Need Grey. Most salvage yards will not separate headrests from seats.

i got a '90-- and yeppers i gotta armrest--- hold up lem'me check again-- yep i'm sure thats an armrest.....BTW- did anyone else's lill clip that latches the cosole/armrest... did that break on any of you???- mine did. but its cool, its doesn't flop around around or anything.

1990 model year Mustangs built in late 89 and I believe the first 3 months of 90 didn't have the armrests. My GT doesn't nor does it have the equalizer and the steering wheel was not adjustable because it was the first year for airbags. I grabbed the fuel door release stuff from a boneyard and installed it myself.

my 90 has a arm rest that i removed since i have a 3-speed rachet shifter coming out of were the ash tray and cover used to be

my 91 came with the armrest, but i took it off because that bugger is heavy. it also came with a 240kph speedo

I took mine off (6.5 lbs haha) but im disappointed because the color is a slightly darker shade of gray than my interior. I guess i can spray paint it... [:@]

I have no armrest on my 25th ann 90 lx, its got power everything and sport seats heres a pic
