Default Mass Air Converision

Ok I have a question about Mass Air, I have ram air on my 88 LX hatch and i wanted to know if you have to get a new ram air system because its speed density right now and I am going to convert it to a Mass Air System with ford racing. So I was wonderingwhat happens to the ram air? So do you have to buy a new ram air kit? or do you notneed it with Mass Air? Or does itjustconnect like it does with a speed air density?

you gotta have a place for your mass air to go, you should only have to replace part of your system.

you can get a conversion where you get a small harness for the maf (lot of people sell this) get a maf pcm a9l , and get a better meter on your own .

harness, 60, most used pcm a9l around 150 , maf meter apx 200, there a lil more work , but its a lil cheaper , and more hunting around , but if you dont care then get the frpp one i guess . your talking about the cobra one with 24lbs injectors?
