Ok i was using the search and i couldnt find exactly what i was looking for.

Im looking for Gt40's and my understanding is that the P's were released in more years on explorers. Because of that fact I am assuming I will more easily find a Gt40p heads than regular gt40s, with longtubes that are not made for p's will i have an issue. i know that shorties are made specifically for p's is that the same case with long tubes or can i remain with the long tubes i have now?

often times there are clearance issues with the headers and the spark plug wires.. I know a guy who clearanced a little bit by grinding on the heads a little to allow the lt's to work with them and the p's
