How harmfull would nitrous be on a fairly stock 5.0?

depends on what size shot.. a 100 shot will be fine and give noticable gains and be okay on the motor

a dry shot is fine as long as your injectors are good. i wouldnt go bigger than a 75 shot though! nitrous will do fine on a stock motor. a suggestion is add full exhaust a buddy of mine had a 150 shot with lts and flows and 3.73 the car ran 12.4's at 108 on slicks with over 160000 miles on the engine!!!

I'd run wet then you don't have to worry as much if the injectors can compensate enough

thanks guys o and i have a full exhoust and a cai and i plan on doing h/c/i and some 4.10 or 3.73 than doing some kind of nitrous i just whant to run like low 11's in the 1/4

dont go over 150 shot, 50 to 150 shot will be ur best bet, but if ya blow sumthen up dont come after me

thats why i got a daily driver and i got the mustang for 500 bucks and i have a grand totle of 700 in to it so if she blows then she blows lol

ya my buddy is spraying a 150 shot and all he has done is the trick flow kit with ported tw heads and a fule sistem block is stock with a man gurdel and he goes 10.80 on the gas and 11.50 on motor so idk thats just my gole
