Default Can i change??

I have a tappet 302 right and i love it but i am looking for a lil more power.I was needing to know what i change or bolts on the leave it all motor for right now.

Can i put 351w heads on?
I am just needing to know what i can put on and what it would take to do it.

okay you got no clue so shhhhhh!!! on a flat tappet motor if your gonna go with 351 heads the D00E heads are the only worth while ones..but honestly cave your money for a decent h/c/i

what about a crank.I have heard that ppl put a 351w or 351c crank in a 302 and making it a stroker motor.I dont know if this is ture or not but does anyone know of this being done.I dont think the 351c crank will work because that was just a bigger motor all around

well what about gt-40 heads can they be used because i was given a set of them.I was needing to know if they will work if not i will sell them

GT40s orGT40ps will both work on your motor, and willprovide some performance gains over the factory heads. Like mjr46 says, the early 351W heads (D0OE) are similar in performance to the GT40s.
