all you guys with a 5.0 5 spd fox what rpms are u shifting at on a all out pull. kinda stupid question but oh welll

I have always shifted every gear at 5500rpms when racing a stock motor.. Just don't miss a gear speed shifting

I felt 5400rpm felt pretty good but at the track I tried lowering the shift points 200rpm. With 3.73's and long tubes, I went from 14.0 @100 to 13.6@102 shifting at 4800rpm.

the best thing to do is to see when a dyno day is at your local speed shop is. slap it on the dyno for around 20 bucks and see where it stops making power
