White powder around my header?
Hey guys i just found some white corrosion lookin powder on one of my headers rite where it bolts up to the head. I have no clue as to wat this is. it wiped right off, but any ideas on this?

yeah i know, ima try to get my digital camera later. The thing is that my car isnt idling at all and will just die out. I just cleaned iat and t/b and samething. and while searching on here someone with a 4.6 stang had the same issue and someone replied if there was any white powder on the header? But didnt say how to fix problem

hmm not sure. but its on the passenger side on the header tube between spark plugs 2 and 3. Its a dirty white powder substance. right above it on the valve cover is like a light brownish and whiteish oil lookin stain. im totally stumped, and to make it worse the car wont even fire up after cleanin the iac.
