Default Pulley Plunder

Ok my first problem is that I took over someone else's project car and they were heading a total different direction then I wanted to go. With that being said the current issue I am trying to resolve is that the A/C and Power steering have been completely removed and a smaller belt has been installed to accommodate the missing pulleys. What I would like to accomplish is to 1. Re install those pulleys using deletion brackets 2. install an electric fan to replace the factory 3. Get a serpentine belt that actually fits and does not squeal every time I start the car. A little background on the car It is a 1990 LX with the original block that has been bored to a 331, Trick Flow intake and heads, 5 speed T5 tranny, Battery has been relocated to the trunk. Its best time at the track so far was a 12.8. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
