Spring and Shock strut help

Spring and Shock strut help
I just purchased a 1988 GT, set up primarily for drag racing. The rear shocks are older drag shocks and haven't looked at the front yet, but based on the ride quality I am going to replace all 4 springs and the struts and shocks. I am looking for some help putting together a matched set. I was looking at either the Ford racing drag spring package or the Eibach drag/launch springs, or some suggestions. I really need some help in matching the springs and struts, any help is appreciated.

strange makes adjustable shocks but I used all lakewood stuff...it'll all depend on what you plan to do with the car as to the rates of springs and shocks you choose
