RE: tuning a 94-95
I myself am still new to tuning the 95 Mustang but I have came a long way. A member of this very website taught me how to do it, I don't think he is around anymore tho. Anywho, there are only a few parts on that list that would require the car to need a tune. The throttle, heads, cam, and intake will all flow more air. Now the trick is, is to let your computer know that that is whats going on. I'll explain here in a second. As for the injectors and MAF, I do not remeber there being a way to run those without telling the computer that you are. So right now, your computer still thinks you have 19# injectors(because you haven't told it otherwise), so the duration the injectors were set to be open, will still hold true with the 24# injectors, giving you more fuel, making your car rich(maybe). Coming back to the other parts you installed(all of which help move air) may balance it our some? Maybe not...The only way to tell is to get it to a dyno, or get a wideband oxygen sensor and a tuning system and check the AFR's. It has been awhile since I looked at my tuning stuff so I can't remember if there was a spot for the MAF size, I think there was. If I had to guess I would say that there was. The computer in this car has a spot for everything, and as you move up in parts and horsepower, you NEED to tell your car whats going on. Lol, Im not crazy, I don't consider it "talking" to my car....

I ran the #19 all last year with no tune. The car wasn't really much faster at first but as the computer learned the stup it got a LOT faster. It still wasn't optimal but it was very noticably faster, granted I'm running better heads. Get the car tuned with a chip and it will really wake it up.

i got a 331 h/c/i and i seem to think with out a tune, its not much faster than stock, i have an auto and 3.27's and a 26.1in tire and beat a 90' stock 5 speed fox vert by like 3-4 cars from 10-90mph

RE: tuning a 94-95
i have a tweecer r/t and bought Binary Editor and EEC Anlayzer along with it, i also have a wideband guage. i just got a base tune yesterday and will be tuning it some more today, it takes a good bit of reading and learning, and if you can get some one to walk you through it, its a breeze. i spent right around 1k to tune my car...$300 laptop, $200-250(i think)for wideband and guage, $525 for Tweecer R/T, $110 for BE and EA software.
