fuel pressure at low RPMs?????

fuel pressure at low RPMs?????

when setting the fuel press at at low rpms do i disconnect the vac line then set or leave the line on to set, which way is giving me the true setting?

its a holley direct fit, one of those red ones, i think it goes up to 65lbs
the vac line goes onto the adjusting screw on the top of it
