Mine has the same leak, but only if I run it really hard and get it hot, Ill notice a drop or two under the front of the oil pan. Thermo gasket. Im waiting until I get my heads from the machine shop to tear into it.

look for something like that under your hood. It has a hose attached to it, and 2 bolts that hold it in. The thermostat is under there, and the gasket sets on the water neck to seal the thermostat. Make sure you use RTV and DO NOT OVER TORQUE the water neck. If it is really badly warped, you may have to flatten it out. I usually put mine on a nice level surface and check for defects.

the thing with the thermostat housing is that when you put it together the thermostat has a habit of falling down and getting between the two sealing surfaces. i had this same problem over and over until i bought a ford thermostat. it has a tab, you put it in the neck and twist it till it locks in place then put it together and it is fine.
