Default head gaskets?

So my car has been having problems with hesitating and missing at around 1700rpm, as well as overheating... so i posted up this thread with what ive tried so far:
https://mustangforums.com/m_4865270/tm.htm

Well after i did the thermostat and the radiator, my car was good for about 20min, then started blowing smoke out the tailpipes... Head gaskets must be gone, but it doesnt overheat... Could this have been a tiny headgasket leak before and that is what has been giving me drivability issuse like my car missing and bucking?

thanks - Jason

check your oil...if you have a headgasket blown, the oil will be all frothy and overfull

If you have a blown head gasket, changing your oil won't help your situation. You need to do a compression test and a leak down test and see whats up.

you need to check to see if you have water in the oil and see if there is water coming out of the tail pipe. if you have a blown head gasket then usually the dowles will leak into the cylinder headsand then out to the exhaust pipe and also the water will get in to the oil holes of the heads if the head gasket is blown.

The head gaskets are definatly blown... my mechanic is pulling it apart this afternoon to do them... He said hes sending my heads to the machine shop but i dont know what for... probably just resurfacing. Hopefully when i get it back, my car wont hesitate and missfire at 1700-1800rpm and light acceleration. I already did my fuel filter, IAC, TPS, EGR and cleaned my mass air.....
