Default experienced help

alright guys, get your thinking caps on. lol
331 in a 95gt
10.3:1CR
RPM heads
rpm2 intake
30lb inj.
70mm tb
75mm pro m
255 pump
fpr set at 39ish
base timing at 11
tweecer r/t w/ BE and EA
wideband
3.27's and 26.1in mickey et's
aode-has a converter but i think its crappy
shorty equal's and gutted stock midpipe and stock mufflers
blaster coil-new rotor, cap,wires,plugs

alright, i have a buddy helping me tune this car, he tunes his s/c car so he knows what hes doing. this car is a dog and the headers are glowing after just a single 1st gear pull. i got 93 octane in it and had timing at 11, then tried at 15, still headers glow. i can hold rpms to like 3500 in park and after 10-15 seconds they start glowing. one log shows a 0-60mph in 10 seconds!!!!
it revs very slow. my tps is 1.6ish at idle, im getting another one tomorrow. if you can look at my datalogs and help figure this out, it would be great! its just so slow, before my bearings went out in the last rebuild, it was alot faster and i have not changed anything after the rebuild, and it was faster before. i took a fox 5spd vert by 3-4 cars from 10-100mph ish on the old rebuild, and that was with no tune. thanks alot guys, i have been toiling with this car for a while and i need it back in good health! let me know if the links dont work.

You are running dangerously lean at idle and w/ a load... Is your MAF calibrated for those injectors and do you have any fuel pressure problems. If anything I would say pull back the timing to 7-8* and see if that helps any. 15:1 AFR is asking for disaster...

actually, with a n/a car at cruise, 15:1 is ok.
yes the maf is cal'd for 30lb's Pro-M meter.
im going to put the fp guage in the car and see what its doing.
i had a the timing at 8 degrees and it ran like total ***, wouldnt rev past like 3500 and headers would glow also.

In my epec program the cruise a/f is like 13.7
and the wide open full throttle is 12.5

but i noticed when i go up from the 12.5 to say 12.8 13.1 at WOT the car is weak
but when i go down to say 12.0 11.8 the car is **** strong and way faster it likes about a 11.6 at wot for the best results

everything ive read goes agianst an a/f ratio that low but the proof is the timeslips!!!!

what im thinking is this weve added all the additional air to the motor but havent chaged the maf curves or really given the motor anymore fuel so im thinkiing you have a wide band, what is the ratio on your guage when your holding the gas at 3500?

what is the ratio on the wideband when your at wot? if your glowing the headers add fuel add alot of fuel and see if your headers stop glowing the car has to be running lean and the air your putting in that motor isnt clean not perfect air so a ratio of 15.1 might actually be around a 17.1? or even an 18.1?

these ratio's are based on perfect clean H20 where can we find any of that around here lol then agian what the hell do I know??

what im trying to say is lower the a/f ratio to like a 11.6 11.3 11.0at wide open throttleand see what happens and post back in what happens!!

lower the cruise down too before you burn a valve up!your at a 15.1<<thats crazy!! put it down to a 13.5 or so or even a 13.0

thanks alot man, i talked to a tech at work, hes an old guy w/ a fairlane race car and he says i got to be lean. its about 12.2 at wot, not sure at 3500 part throttle, but i think its 13-14's. the maf curve has been put in, and changed w/ some calculations. im going to add alot of FP fist and see what that does.
i got an AEM wideband and checked it with an PLX wideband and mine is reading correctly.
i might try and clean my maf, but since i only have a total of like 700 miles on it, i dont see it being dirty but ya never know.
