95' v-6 to 5.0 motor swap questions

95' v-6 to 5.0 motor swap questions
Ok, so i've got a 95' GT at home, and i'm changing the motor out and stroking out a 5.0 out of a cobra to drop in it. Then i've got the orgional 5.0 out of it, that i want to stroke out and buy a 94' or 95' v-6 to drop it into, and change out the rear end to the 8.8,are there any problems that I might run into? Or anything eles that I will need to change? I'm looking to buy a 5 speed v-6 because the GT is already a manual, so it would be easier to swap just the motor out and not have to deal with the trans. Thanks for your help and input...
