I was told that i could run an E303 cam with twisted wedge heads on my stock 86 without notching the pistons, is this true?

Should work but you won't get the full potential of the TW's with an E cam... Do you plan on changing it later on?

I'd be more worried about the pistons not having valve reliefs so definately check clearence with any cam that you use. even stock.

I want a real lopey cam and i was told the E303 would be just that, but what cam would you recomend to use with the twisted wedge.

e-303 is not that lopey..I'd be more concerned with performance than sound....but if noise is what you want in your case I'd strongly reccommend having a custom cam designed that way you could get the best of both worlds

if your car is still speed density i would not recomend you that cam, you'll have your idle all over the place and run like ****.i got this cam from a friend for free but now i regret ever putting it in.
