I never used sea foam in my mustang, but thats because I am a tech and I use the injector flush machine to do mine. I have however used it in my friends F250. The injectors were clogged because we did an injector balance test but didnt want to spend the money to get them replaced, so I suggested sea foam and after two consecutive times using it the injectors cleared up and he has not had a the problem since. hope that helps
