torque converter

Default torque converter

i was going to buy a torque converter, but online it said that there was two kinds, a pan filled and a case filled, what is the difference, and which one should i buy?

sounds like C4, well if your dipstick go's in the side of the pan that is what you need if it is in the case you need that one.. i bet unless you are running a big block you need a case fill. BUT WAIT you also need to know bolt circle for the flexplate

the most common c-4's that people have and that are sold are case filled..easy to spot

yep, case filled are usually in vans some trucks to though... the spline count is different
