I unplugged the blower and tested the voltage, it's at 11.23. I figure that's still good. But the blower still isn't coming on. What else do I check before I start buying parts? The blower doesn't look easy to replace. How can I test the switch?

Ok now check for ground on the other side of the plug. If you have power and ground at the plug for the blower motor, the motor is bad.

If it was the switch, I wouldn't get any voltage at the blower connector right? So it is the blower ...

I made a mistake and was testing the wrong plug. The blower plug is the one way up underneath the dash, up against the firewall right? When I disconnected this and tested, I'm only getting 2V. So where do I go from here?

I traced the wires back to the switch. Am I suppose to be getting voltage to the AC Switch?

Did your stero come install include a wiring kit or did you splice into the wires? What setting do you have the speed set to when you get 2V and is the engine running?

Low = 3.5 - 4.5
Med Low = 5.5 - 7
Med Hi = 7.5 - 10.5
High = 11 - 14

Dude! This was a bucket of good information. Thanks.

I spliced into wires for the stereo install.

The speed setting was at low. I'll test again at high and see what voltage I get.
