Default Quick hatch help

found a guy that has an lx hatch he wants to sell me. but i've got an 89 gt and was wondering if i can just unscrew my old wing and put it on the new hatch? will there be holes that will need to be filled. if so is that a hard job.

Another thing I found out is that they paint the hatch with the spoiler on it. There was nothing but primer under mine when I removed it years ago to clean out from under it. I also put clear silicon under the top seam when I reinstalled it to keep water and dirtfrom getting under it and rotting the hatch away.
I biught mine new in 88 so I know it's never been wrecked.
