Default GT to Cobra Motor Swap, Difficulty??

What would I need to do in order to get my car up and running if I were to swap out the original 5.0 pushrod GT motor (my car is a 1994 GT) with a 4.6 DOHC, supercharged Cobra motor? IE: use the Cobra engine wiring harness, etc., etc.? Will a 4.6 motor mount directly up to my original T5 5 speed? Would the Cobra engine wiring harness plug into the rest of my original wiring harness on my car or would I need to completely rewire the car? Is this swap a total nightmare or is it a fairly easy swap? I have access to a factory supercharged 4.6 Cobra motor with 22K miles on it for a $1,000 and felt that this might be the way to go rather than rebuilding my original motor. Obviously I am looking for a large horsepower increase as I am addicted to fast cars just as much as anyone is but I am used to building antique cars from the 30's, specifically '33 ****** 77's and they are so much simpler than these newer cars with all of the sensor, computers, etc., etc.. I am a little out of my comfort zone but learn fast and am very mechanically inclined so any and all advise, help is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much,
