Odd question.. What year range did they use the A9L ECM? and would the 95 GT stock computer be ok?

The A9L and 95 GT use ecu's from different Strategies, and are not interchangeable.

Not sure what year they started using the A9L, but it ended in 1993...

So based on that.. What I need to know i guess is my car ran for 19# injectors similar to that of cobras? Or is it ran from my maf readings allowing me to upgrade my injector size without any problems?

So, you have a 95GT, and want to use a larger injector?
To do this you will need an aftermarket MAF meter, which will be 'calibrated' for your Injectors and ecu.

(this is assuming a custom tune is not in your future)

Exactly that makes good sense. No a custom tune is not in my future.. (kinda pricey?) But say I want 24# injectors. What size of MAF would be appropriate? This also sparks my other question I asked in the Discussion forum.. I wanna cam my new motor.. Whats a good cam to use with stock heads? I want a rough idle.. Would my ECM allow for a larger cam?

I would go 75mm or 80mm, but others who have posted in this thread may call that 'Way too big' [&:]

Your ecu will be less accepting than the A9* series computers. I don't have ANY experience with the sn95 ecu, so I really don't want to offer any help that may turn out to be wrong...

If you want to run 24's in a sn95 (94-95) Mustang GT, then you have 2 options...
1. Install the 24's, and Install a Cobra ecu.
2. Install the 24's, and Install an aftermarket MAF meter for the 24's and factor ecu.

hope that makes sense,
jason
