Air Conditioning

I have a 94 GT and when I turn it to A/C air only comes out a little on my feet and on the windshield but not out my vents, I cant get any air to come out my vents

I'D LOOK FOR A BROKEN VACCUM LINE...defrost is default

Yes, look for a broken or disconnected vacuum line.

It happend to me once along the firewall after my first H/C/I swap. Just as simple as plugging it back in.
