Default best engine and tranni oil and anti freeze for high performance engines?

Hi,

I am new to the mustang forum. Can enyone help me with engine oil brands and engine anti-freezecooling for high performance engines. i am using racing royal purple on my 5.0 and just normal anti freeze for fords. can anyone help me? thanks.

Put it in the rear diff(with addtive for posi as applicable),transmission(requires a tranny shop using a machine), engine and coolant.


I swear by this stuff, when I was making good money, this is what I used and liked the results.

I swear by this stuff, when I was making good money, this is what I used and liked the results.
Last time I checked the posi addtive is not needed when using royal purple. But I could be wrong. Also you dont need to send your car out to get a transmissimon service. I work at a dealership and we dont even have any special maachines to do transmissions. All you have to do is un do all the bolts execpt for like 2 at one side and 1 at the other and just loosen them very slowly so the fluid pours out then change the filter then put some rtv or buy a gasket and put it all back up and fill it up with 6 guarts then start it and go from there by adding more or not. and if you got a manual its easyer just un do the fill plug and un do the drain plug and bam its pouring out then just close the drain and fill the fill untill it starts to come out.
