Default How much vacuum with stock cam and gt40 heads/intake

I just changed heads/intake to Gt40 Y heads and Gt40 tubular with Cobra RRs.

My vacuum hovers around 16 inches with the idle at about 780rpm and timing at 10 BTDC.

What should my vacuum be at?

I noticed that if I increase the idle speed, the vacuum will go up to almost 19-20inches.

Thanks in advance.
