idle issue

ok my 89 gt has an annoying idle issue..when i go to lights and sit there the idle hunts and if i dont constantly tap the gas it will stall out...i couldnt find any vacum leaks ( propane) coolants full...iac is fairly new....any ideas?? i cleaned the 10 pin connectors( salt and pepper shakers) and di electric greased them.....batterys fresh and the altenators charging fine also..any suggestions??

RE: idle issue

Reset the base idle
Check the TPS voltage
Use carb cleaner all over the intake and see if that yeilds any result of a vacuum leak
