Frustrated! I need ideas~
I have a rebuilt 5.0, TFS heads, stage one cam, paxton supercharger, high volume oil pump, ect... My problem is that I get too much crank case pressure on hard excell. I hooked up the breather hose from the oil fill cap to the throttle body and I started to get oil coming out of the oil fill tube gromet. I sealed the tube and then my PCV blew off and shot oil everywhere! I noticed the gromet didnt make a tight seal so I took care of that. Now I swear I get oil coming up my dipstick tube and then drip on my headers, I think that sound crazy for it to come up the dipstick tube, I dont think its residue from the ealier leak cuz I cleaned that up. Maybe the crank case pressure is making the valve cover gaskets fail, and not coming from dipstick?! I am lost..
I need some senarios on what it could be.... Ask me anything, I have alot done to the car.... How can I reduce crank case pressure on hard excell? I am only pushing 6 to 7 psi from the blower, and i do have a bypass valve....

One way check valve? Isnt that what a PCV is? The PCV is new also. I tried replacing the oil fill cap which does have a breather line connected to the throttle body, with a K&N breather, and would you believe that the filter got soaked with oil?... The crazy thing is I put TFS valve covers on and they didnt have holes for breathers or oill fill, I had to cut a hole myself into the valve cover...
