5 Lug Axles

I just bought some 5 lug ranger axles. One of them has an o-ring
where the c-clip goes. The other does not. Are they both
supposed to have the o-ring?

It doesn't matter either way. The o ring helps keep the c-clip in place so they don't fall out when pushing them it for removal.

if you want the c-clips to stay in easier then go down to the local parts store and buy some o-rings
