I'm wondering if anybody out there has a clue as to where a fuseable link for the EEC relay its a black and orange wire, it's supposed to have constant voltage at the relay but i have nothing and this wire is hooked to that link. I need to find this link and replace it if it's bad. Is it in the dashboard??? out in the engine bay???

EEC relay in the top of the scehmatic in the middle. What year is the car?

EEC relay is in the right side kick panel just above the ecm.

i've found the relay, but from your schematic i see the fuseable link for that wire i see is goin to the starter relay on the battery's side. i don't know about that on my car, i'll have to double check
