just got a new project, 85 GT. im trying to remove a lot of stuff that i wont be using along with clean up everything thats been ghettorigged. so far the smog, AC, and heat core are gone. im going to smooth and paint the engine bay also. took off a fender and found this box with all the lines cut, anyone know what it is? thanks

thanks brentloftis. so if the lines to it have been cut, i gotta make sure the tanks still vented right? and the other line runs to the intake? should that line be capped now and does anyone know where it is on a stock carb intake? should i fix it or leave it? ill probably be swapping from stock tank to a fuel cell soon.
