Default 5-lug conversion

I've read the articles on piecing the parts together. I just bought a set of bullitts for $100 and was wondering if this kit would work. It doesn't mention bullitts but it does mention '95 cobra r's which, if I researched it correctly, have the same dimensions. So all seems good to go but then I read this which mentions that I need to upgrade my front brakes to mount bullitts. Do you guys know if this is correct or are they just trying to make a sale?

That looks like a Mark vii style 5 lug conversion. You may run into the problem where the bearing goes into that rotor in the center. It is actually too thick and will not fix in the center of most newer style rims that I found out with my lincoln 5 lug that I got.
