Default motorcraft carb vs "real holle

Anybody have any knowledge on the difference between the stock "motorcraft holley" 4bbl and the Street Avenger series of holleys? I am interested in the 570cfm SA in terms of improved drivability and maybe a little better MPG.My car is an '84 GT.</P>
