Default Trick flow twisted wedge heads questions

If you buy the twisted wedge heads i know that you can use them on stock pistons, but if you ever change the pistons do you have to have to buy the trick flow pistons or can you just buy aftermarket flat top pistons with valve reliefs?
and on a stock 91 block if i was to put the tw's on what is the max lift i can go with my cam my current set up is gt40 irons with 1.84, 1.54 and an e cam with 1.7's so it is .529 lift would i just need to buy 1.6's or can i still fit .529 lift with the 2.02, 1.60 valves

alsoi just rebuilt my motor its got 500 miles now if i take the heads off that i have and replace them with the tw's is it going to really wake my car up or is it worth buying the heads and changing them my set up is
stock pistons
gt40 irons 1.84 int 1.54 exh
e303 with 1.7's
trick flow street intake
70mm tb
76mm maf
stock injectors..............do i need bigger?????????
afpr
bbk lt's
off road x

the car runs better than it did but im not happy with it will these tw heads take car of it if so how much difference by just swapping heads n rockers?

heads will definitely make you more power.....i dont know much about tw heads but i would use a bigger cam than the E-303...maybe a F or X cam....X-303 is really nice cam. i would upgrade to 24# injectors if i was u....but then again u have stock pistons..lol

i would definatley use a bigger cam with the tw's. A comp cams xe series dual pattern cam would work very nicley. you should also prt match your lower intake to the new heads.!
