Default Is it worth it?

Someon please lift my sprits. I have a 1986 mustang 5.0 GT and i want to fix it up really nice. But the parts i need are hard to find and are what is making my car look like s**t. and i dont know if it would be worth fixing it up its in pretty good shape all around just dont know if its worth it. All i need to make it look nice is the

side mouldings

a cowl in good shape( the thing where the windsheild wipers are)

and a left tail light and would also like a 140 mph cluster. But i mean after i get my car all fixed up would it be semi collectable due to how old it is.

If you like it, its worth fixing up since the parts you need a easily found and are relatively cheap (mostly because so many 79-86 stangs have been converted to 87-93) Personally I would make it go fast, if you can make it look decent thats cool too. As a 88 owner I would be pissed if a ratty 86 chewed me up on the track. But if I were to build it I would make it look like the bigest pile of junk 4cy I could so the guy I beat would reaaaaaallly cry.

Look for your parts on ebaymotors.com
