I know this is a long shot from just a picture but i was curious if anyone knows/can find out what rear end differential i have. Previous owner says its a 3.73 but i need to know for certain.

Thats definetly a diff cover.

If you want to check the gears jack up the rear end, rotate the tire 1 full revolution. and count how many times the drive shaft spins. 3 and 3/4 turns is 3.73. 2 and 3/4 turns is 2.73 etc.

There is no way to tell what gears you have by looking at the cover.

You didn't ask how to find the gears but thought I would pass it along anyway.
Put the car in neutral, block the front wheels.
Raise the rear wheels off the ground.
Mark the bottom of the drive shaft and the bottom of a wheel.
Rotate the shaft, counting the total revolutions to bring the wheel back to its original location.

You might want to put some turn downs or tail pipes on those mufflers. It's not the best to have hot exhaust blowing on your rear end.
