If the engine is supposed to be coolled down with standard pump , and I'm using a reverse rotation pump ... could it cause a problem ??

if the leak is definately coming between the gaskets then you'll have to make sure the impeller is not hitting the backing plate at all which would allow it not to sit flush..and this would be evident once it is all tightened down and when you went to turn pump over by hand it'd bind or be stiff or make a scrapping noise

Well , it seems to sit flush ... I tried to spin the pump , everything went fine . Iad I could see the RTV getting "squeezed out" while I was tightening the bolts ...
