HELP! Auto Meter Speedometer Install
I just installed an Auto Meter programable Speedo in my 1995 GT. I have it working great. My only question is connecting the new speedo to the PCM. On the back of the speedo it has an out source that sends +5 Volt DC Square wave signal. It says this out source MAY be used as a VSS signal with some OEM ECM's and cruise control Units. What I need to know is if this signal will work for the PCM to read it correctly? Also if it will work where do I connect it to? Do I connect it to the + side(gry/blk wire)of the original 2 wire sender harness or what? Thanks for the help!
