Default Shorty h-pipe???

I have a 95 stang 5.0 and I plan on going with long tube headers soon but I plan to get an off-road h-pipe first. I know I have to have a shorty h-pipe if I want the long tube headers. Will the shorty h-pipe fit with my stock headers for now? Also does anyone know where I can get one or if a 79-93 would fit a 95? American muscle and every site has 79 to 93 and then 96-04 I'm like wtf? where is the damn 94-95. If it does fit my stock headers then will I have problems with the cat-back exhaust and have to move that?

no a midpipe for shortys will not work for long tubes, its better just to save up a little longer and do it right the first time. Im sure summit will have tons of midpipes for 94-95

I just installed BBK headers and BBK O/R H pipe...installation was easy...fit nice. Id go with ceramic headers....the finish won'tturn to ****like chrome and they keep cooler.

save your money and buy summit exhaust off the summit website. long tubes require a long tube midpipe. shorties require shortie mid pipe. make sure you buy the correct two pieces. sumits search engine makes it reallllllllly easy to get the correct items or the customer service is great and call them up!!!

Anything from BBK will fit under your car, the quality of fit and finish is second to none. Everyoune is right about saving the money and buy everything at one time, and yes the flow tubes/mufflers will bolt right up to X or H-pipe.

no, no, no, no

a 79-93 pipe will NOT fit your car.
a stock style (for shorty headers) midpipe will NOT bolt up to long tubes (unless you are like me and can get creative with a welder)
do the whole exhaust in one shot.... its less painful that way
