well it's real easy, remove the h-pipe and exhaust, pop the tranny out and go.
here si a link that might help you find some info. i can't find my pdf link to the teardown
anyways..... very easy, i can do aclutch swap in 2 hours flat now

lol... yeah in the d-way on jackstands... but probably my 6th one so take that into consideration
but do not ever pay for it... it is easy. a lot depends on when the exhaust was last removed.... short or long tubes, and knowledge of the shifter coming out (i never put the top 2 bolts in for the boot)
expect a day... but should be no more......should be 4-6 hours tops if first time and unsure

un bolt exhaust and driveshaft and shifter and crossmember and 4 bolts on bellhousing , remove speedo cable from housing and reverse light connection and pull tranny out

Iv swapped out afew rwd trans's before, all autos though. Nice to have a heads up on the minor diffrences.

There are two bolts on each side holding the trans to the bellhousing. The top ones are kind of a pain in the rear, and using a couple extensions will make this A LOT easier. If you plan on taking the bellhousing off to change the clutch/flywheel it will be easier if you take the trans out first, then unbolt the bellhousing. Doing it that way gives you a bit more room to get to the top bolts on the bellhousing.
