Default t-5 question

My t5 is having some problems going into 4th. I have to let the engine drop below 1500rpm before I can shift into 4th or it grinds. Any ideas?
If there is one thing I have learned in life , if it involves cars, women or computers... one day you are going to have trouble.

synchro, needs a rebuild kit
