I have gone 3 ways so far.
95 GT with Stock H/C but TFS intake tb exhaust.3.55..ect and it was .. OK
94 Cobra ported GT-40 heads custom cam and ported intake ,gears and full x was fast just buy a hair lost to a 02 SS from a dig...
94 Cobra with AFR 165 and same everything else WAY better I love the afr heads. SO my point is spend the money on aluminum heads i is so worth it don't be like me and do a head swap 2x it gets old FAST. So if I had a choice on a 95 GT I would go with a TFS street heat intake and AFR-165 heads and a good custom cam from comp they are a little more than an off the shelf but I feel that you get what you pay for.

You can't make an SN fast.... ask the fox guys.
Apparently our cars are too heavy, too slow, etc etc.

i'd rather be heavy and slow, than drive a redneck mobile!

how much money are you looking at spending. and are you after 1/4 mile time or horsepowerwhen you say performance, cause things like suspension and sticky tires make a world of a difference at the track but mean nothing on a dyno.
