Default miss firing...?

Ok so anything over 3grand the car starts to pop, kinda backfireand cut out a bit. This didnt start untill till I put headers on and replace my plugs wires cap and rotor. So i dont know what to do. I replaced the coil w/ an msd one and it when away for about 2weeks then just came back. So any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

make sure you don't have firing order out of order

make sure also that the air tubing before mass air going to t/b hasn't come loose either

did you gap all the plugs to the correst gap?, check wires for burns on headers, and make sure coil is correctly put in

Good possibility. If your sure FO is correct and you've done what mjr suggested, check your wires.

Well it doesnt do it all the time. The only thing I can think off is I switched over to one of those 4.6 mafs that you have to modify to fit, but I still use my stock computor. Maybe I should throw my stock one back on?
