Default Shabby window motor repacement, radio wont work

Ok, so I couldnt get the LH side window motor to work with the cords comming from that side of the car so I tapped into the RH side pwr window cords and just ran a line to the other motor (yea I know shabby job, but I live in GA its hot) so both of the window motors work now its just now when i roll down my windows my radio stops working, its weird... as soon as I roll them back up the radio comes back on again, and sometimes when I close the door and open it it comes on/off.... anyone got any ideas how I can correct this? and yea I know I didnt solve the problem with the window motor I just half-assed bypassed it.. my fault...help?
thanks!

You must have door speakers. One of them is grounding out. Check the speaker wires

"fixed" yer windows and messed up the radio huh? After installing for over 10 yrs I really don't know what to tell you other then double check your wiring. Make sure there are no bare wires that could be grounding out and also double check that none of the wiring you did is in the way of the motor or scissors when they go up and down. The idea that it comes and goes when there is something moving(windows or shutting the door) would lead me to believe there is a short somewhere...
