Which Cam?

I am looking for a cam to give me some good HP gains. I know somone said you could go to the compcams site and find out which one works best but I had no luck finding what they were talking about. Most of you know my upgrades. What would be a good cam to get? How much is installation? Thanks

refresh us with your upgrades and what kind of driving you do... for example drag only, street / strip, etc.

Which Cam?

You should actually figure out this first:
What style driving
Power or economy
Top end or torque

Then you should pic a cam, and then build the rest of the engine around that cam.

Which Cam?

I have 95 GT 5.0, Stock 5-speed, 3:73 gears, H-pipe, 75mm MAF, K and N, and probably Flowmaster catback, and some headers soon. I am looking for a really nasty street car, but I want a smooth Idle, and it is a daily driver (300 miles/week) Someday I may get my AFR 185's and cobra upper and lower but that is awhile. What kind of a HP gains can I expect(or tenths knocked off).
