85 mustang rear end

I have a 85 mustang that was converted from a 4 banger to a 302 with a holley 750 and a racing transmission. all this was done by the previous owner. the current rear end is a 7.5 limited slip and was wondering if its better to just find a 8.8 out of a junkyard with the stock posi or to get the posi unit for the 7.5

this will be the end result of the 7.5 when you start beating on it trust me !!just went through this and same situation as you got

Id defenetly would try to find a 8.8 outta the junk yard or if you have the funds www.cjponyparts.com they have a kit now that its a ford 9inch and ready to bolt in i beleve one kit comes with the 3:73 gears and that would be perfect for you
