Default Spark Plug Question

I have gt-40X aluminum heads and have been running the regular Autolite 24's or 25's can't remember. I was reading an article in MM&FF where they installed these heads and said to use Motorcraft AGSF32C. Aftrer doing some research I found the treads are longer than stock. How bad did this effect my performance? I always felt the car wasn't running as fast as it should. I also hear people telling me to use only the Motorcraft plugs and other saying use Autolite 764's. It seems most places stopped carring the AGSF32C's so it would be easier for me to get the 764 Autolites. What are your guys suggestion.

When I went o autozone I asked for 93 Cobra plugs and they gave me the 24's. Is there something better to run than the 764's?

if the autozone you went to gave you 24's... they are extremely stupid.

gt-40 heads call for 764's

Auto Zone people are dumb, I only go there for certain stuff. Advanced is better I guess I will go there for now on. So is the Autolite 764 my best bet?

Advance Autoparts...

And the entire time I worked there I only had ONE person come back and say I gave them the wrong part... (which really pissed me off)

Come to find out, its because they told me the wrong year of the vehicle...

Advanced is always better than Auto Zone. Auto Zone is 2 miles closer so if need be I go there but it takes forever to get checked out. I hate them
