Default Supercharging/ 5.0L Motor Upgrades

I am on the verge of buying a 5.0 foxbody from 87' to 93' hopefully with low(ish) miles and some motor work done. Essentially got two questions...

A: How much does it cost to get a motor bored out by a machine shop and rebuilt with a stroker kit? probably a 331 for reliability.

B: If i am planning on supercharging the motor do i have to change my build (piston style, connecting rod length, combustion chamber size) to make for a lower compression ratio? If so what would be the goal? I hope to run a Kenne Bell blowzilla/flowzilla kit at 18 psi.

Thank you in advance.
